St. John’s, NL – May 18, 2010 –Plato Consulting along with its Platinum Partner - Camouflage Software - is pleased to announce that they will be speaking at this year’s Newfoundland & Labrador Access & Privacy Workshop. The workshop, organized by Newfoundland & Labrador's Offices of the ATIPP Coordinator and Information & Privacy Commissioner, as well as Memorial University’s Information Access and Privacy Protection Office, will take place at the Holiday Inn Government Center on May 17th and 18th, 2010.
Both Kevin Fleming, President and CEO of Plato Consulting, and Kevin Duggan, CEO of Camouflage Software Inc., will speak about Best Practice approaches to privacy enhancing technologies and services that are available to organizations to help overcome challenges regarding information access and protection of personal information. The vendor panel is aimed at enhancing attendees’ knowledge by highlighting how such technologies work and how they can be implemented into any organization’s data privacy strategy.
The fourth annual Newfoundland & Labrador Access & Privacy Workshop, “Looking Forward” will bring industry professionals together to discuss the challenges faced by managers of information in public and private sector institutions . The conference will offer over 20 sessions by experienced industry members that will allow attendees to gain practical knowledge relating to managing information access and privacy protection.
