	Kevin Fleming - President & CEO Kevin is the President and CEO of Plato Consulting Inc, responsible for the company’s overall strategic direction and has been heavily involved in business development of key markets and with managing customer relationships. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree and a Masters Degree in Business Administration, supplemented by almost 20 years in IT, business development, and strategic planning. Prior to forming Plato in 1997, Kevin spent upwards of 10 years in the telecommunications and information technology sector.
	Neil Coombs - Director, Operations Neil is responsible for the day-to-day management of Plato and works closely with corporate executives to set the overall strategic direction of the company. He’s a client-driven professional with experience in operations management, human resource management, business development, and functional consulting. He has worked in both the private and public sector with a number of organizations, throughout various stages of growth and change. To supplement his professional experience, Neil holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Memorial University of Newfoundland and is a Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP).
	Chris Spurvey - Director, Business Development Chris is responsible for further developing the business relationship with the Government of Newfoundland and Labrador’s Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO), the Newfoundland and Labrador Centre for Health Information (NLCHI), the City of St. John’s and a host of other public and private sector clients. He is also dedicated to building stronger collaborations with the local ICT community. Prior to joining Plato, Chris spent 15 years in the IT industry in Newfoundland and Labrador and he successfully spearheaded the launch of numerous entrepreneurial ventures both in and outside the IT industry. Chris holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Memorial University of Newfoundland.
	Terry Tucker - Director, Finance Terry is responsible for the management and direction of our company’s financial and accounting functions. As a key member of our management team, Terry is leader in the areas of financing, budgeting, as well as the development, implementation and maintenance of accounting systems, controls and processes. Terry has over 10 years experience in the fields of accounting and finance, combined with 20 years managerial experience in the private and retail sectors. Terry pursued his education through the business schools at College of the North Atlantic and Memorial University.
	Angela Morgan- Manager, Delivery Angela is responsible for the successful delivery of Plato solutions to all our clients. She works closely with the entire Plato team to ensure that individual project goals are met and client expectations are exceeded. Prior to joining Plato, Angela enjoyed success in the local IT industry, where she contributed to the growth of a small software development company. In addition to this experience, Angela holds a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Computer Science and Pure Mathematics from Memorial University of Newfoundland, and a Masters Degree in Computing Science from the University of Alberta.
	Jenny Gulliver - Manager, Human Resources Jenny has five years experience in the areas Human Resources and Operations Management. She holds a Diploma in Business Management with a specialization in Human Resources and is a candidate for Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP). Jenny has worked in Customer Service Management before moving into the IT industry, where she has been employed with Plato since July 2008.
